The Therapist is responsible and accountable for providing outpatient services to individuals, groups and families for children, adolescents and adults. Provides supportive family/individual contacts, case management, assessments, intervention planning, client/family education, and aftercare planning. Functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team within the organization/department, provides leadership within the team, documents services in the clinical record, engages in inter-organizational care coordination, and documents service outcomes. Participates in weekly team case conferences and trainings.
Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline.
Documented knowledge of at least 3 years work experience with children/adolescent and adult populations.
Substance abuse experience is a plus.
Must have a full license(LCSW, LPC, LCADC) and eligible for credentialing with private insurance panels.
Must have excellent computer skills.
Possess a valid driver’s license, and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy.
