This position will provide service in an innovative integrated primary health care program.
Will perform substance use assessments, brief interventions, referrals, and consultation to primary care and mental health treatment teams.

Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral discipline and at least 2 years clinical experience in a behavioral health setting. Current Colorado license in a behavioral health profession, or have ability and willingness to become licensed within one year of employment. Addiction counseling certification, OR willingness to pursue training and Colorado certification in addiction counseling.
