SeaView Community Services is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Manager to guide and oversee the Community Services program as well as the guide support staff and treatment providers in delivering quality professional community behavioral health services.

SeaView Community Services is located in Seward, Alaska, at the head of beautiful Resurrection Bay which enjoys world-class fishing, amazing wildlife, and is surrounded by majestic mountains – one with its own annual marathon! Our community of approximately 2,600 is on the road system and is a booming fishing and tourist destination in the summer months and settles down to a quiet small town during the winter.
This position works under the guidance of the Director of Behavioral Health and provides advocacy, counseling services and substance abuse treatment to individual adults, adolescents and children, to couples, groups and families; and may include home visits.
SeaView offers a competitive salary and benefit package with opportunities to gain hands-on experience across several different areas working with passionate team members in support of the mission. Salary range for this exempt position depends on experience. Benefits include employee medical/dental, retirement, and 3.6 weeks of vacation in your first year with incremental increases up to 7.2 weeks a year. In addition, SeaView offers a relocation allowance and transitional housing to get you on your feet.
Essential qualifications of this position are a MA, M Ed, MSW, or PhD from a nationally recognized program in social work or counseling.
A minimum of two years post graduate experience required.
Must meet Alaska Mental Health statutes and Medicaid definitions for billing purposes and possess or have the ability to obtain relevant Alaska mental health licensure within two years; LCSW (preferred), LPC, LPA, LMFT.
