Announcing our new position for Behavioral Health Therapist to work at our Cadillac Medical site location. Candidate will be working in a newly developed Integrated Care position with our multidisciplinary Care Team, as Specialist with substance abuse and behavioral health services. Experience is required in substance abuse and behavioral health treatment, and providing evidenced-based therapy. Excellent organizational and communication skills and experience with Electronic Medical Record documentation a must.
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to be flexible, maintaining competent patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Skillful Outpatient psychotherapy, in a group and individual modality, and brief interventions and consultations, assessments and follow-up services
Comply with all mandatory reporting requirements.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and settings
Documentation in Electronic Health Records
Engaging with individuals, families, parents, and community partners and liaison
Fully licensed Master Social Work - LMSW.
Certification in Alcohol and Drug Counseling - CAADC
3 + years’ experience providing evidenced-based therapy in the Behavioral Health field with Substance Abuse and Mental Health related issues.
