Provide clinical supervision and/or support for Behavioral Health Professionals, ARMHS program, Mental Health practitioners, Social Workers, Social Worker Interns, and Alcohol and Drug Counselors housing staff, establishing best practices for development of employees and interns.
Development & Implementation of Quality Standards of Behavioral Health services within the Housing division.
Develop & implement client Behavioral Health services at Exodus, to promote health and integrated services with Case Management and Nursing, to be used as Model within other housing programs.
Develop and model business practices of Behavioral health service delivery within Housing programs, including: Diagnostics Assessments, Individual Outpatient Therapy, Group Therapy, Functional Assessments and other interventions.
Support licensure processes of Catholic Charities staff in professional development.
Assists with the development and training of staff on issues of Behavioral Health/Trauma and interventions in different settings with specific populations, including the topics of Harm Reduction, Trauma Informed care, Crisis assessment & response.
Assist in the development and implementation of a Services response to Trauma experiences of adult clients; including engaging diagnostic and integrated interventions with individuals and groups to promote housing stability, income stability and health.
Facilitate development and implementation of Division behavioral health (mental and chemical health) protocols of client Crisis and Emergency Assessment/ Interventions/responses; Civil Commitment processes and other client interventions that promote health outcomes in the delivery of care processes within the division.
Continue the development of Social Work Internship opportunities within Supportive Housing programs, working with Program Managers/Supervisors and Social Work Education programs.
Licensed LICSW (or other Mental Health Professional license); LADC with capacity to be credentialed with payer sources strongly preferred.
Clinical certification to clinically supervise Mental Health Practitioners, Mental Health Professionals and Alcohol and Drug Counselors.
Four (4) years of relevant experience required, including previous supervisory experience.
Promote professional knowledge, skill and values development, model ethical standards of practice, and promote cultural competency.
Experience working with persons from diverse racial, ethnic, and economic backgrounds.
