Provides management and oversees the delivery of clinical services throughout the Behavioral Health Department. Has direct responsibility for managing provider staff performance to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operation. Works collaboratively with department leadership to achieve department strategic goals.
Education and Learning:
Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy
5-7 years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health demonstrating leadership skills.
License and Certifications:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Independent Clinical Social Worker (ICSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
