Provide therapeutic services to clients and families who have been assessed as needing mental health intervention in order to stabilize symptoms of a MH disorder
Engage clients, families and natural supports to participate in treatment through treatment planning and progress reviews
Work closely with other professionals in providing treatment services in the areas of mental health, employment, education, and criminal offending behaviors
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy/counseling to youth in home, school, and office
Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments and develop/implement individual service plans
Lighthouse provides all tools necessary for success. Positions have flexibility in scheduling to meet with clients in morning and/or evening hours for best service delivery.

Professional license required (minimum LPC/LSW).
At least one year of professional work experience providing treatment services.
Experience providing Medicaid services preferred.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn and apply trauma-informed care principles.
