Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has a full-time Therapist position available at Lighthouse Youth Center Paint Creek. As part of a mission focused, trauma-informed, innovative, diversion program, the successful Ross County Juvenile Justice Therapist will work with male adolescents providing therapeutic treatment interventions in the areas of mental health, substance abuse, employment, family relationships, education, sexual and criminal offending behaviors.
Provide service coordination including oversight and orchestrating case management services.
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy/counseling to clients. Facilitate group sessions.
Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments and develop/implement individual service plans.
Provide advocacy and support as part of a therapeutic treatment team with professionals and county systems of care.
Assist in coordinating, improving and implementing agency treatment philosophies, program goals and activities.

LSW or LPC licensure required.
Independent and/or Chemical Dependency licensure a plus.
Experience working with children and families involved in the juvenile justice system or residential settings preferred.
Understanding of or willingness to learn and apply trauma-informed care principles a must.
