Provides clinical supervision to team members. Responsible for collecting all data related to component operations. Meets productivity assignments. Works with Director to recruit/train/evaluate/discipline team members. Prepares PO's to restock component of program. Encourages staff development efforts including orientation, competency and appraisal reviews. Provides direct clinical services to clients. Performs crisis assessments/interventions per team plan. Performs comprehensive assessments and reassessments. Performs comprehensive service plan/revisions.
Master Degree in Psychology, Sociology or related field required. Minimum 2 year post master experience working in the Behavioral Health field. Supervisory experience. Successful completion of all Orientation Programs. Valid Driver's License.
