The Masters in Mental Health Counseling Program at Indiana University Southeast is seeking two applicants for the position of Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychology. Teaching responsibilities will include teaching in our Masters in Mental Health Counseling program, both face-to-face and on-line, and undergraduate courses in the psychology major. Some evening hours are required.
The position requires working effectively with the psychology program coordinator and the director of the program. It is expected that applicants will have direct clinical experience working with a variety of clients. This is a non-tenure track position with a 4:4 teaching load and no research expectations. Service is expected at the program, school, and university level.
Applicants must have a doctorate in Counselor Education or a related field that meets CACREP standards. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability and interest in supervising internships and practicums for Masters level students, including being licensed or licensure eligible in the state of Indiana.
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience teaching at the master’s level. Experience in CACREP accreditation procedures is preferred.
