We are seeking an accomplished neuroscientist to join our research team. The individual will work on complex and exciting projects within a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and clinicians and will be responsible for contributing to the scientific strategy using cutting-edge approaches to advance small molecule modulators for CNS disorders. To thrive in the role the individual will have strong insight into advanced neuroscientific techniques and technologies for evaluating target biology and be oriented to the multifaceted nature of neuroscience drug discovery.
Contribute to the strategic design and execution of in vitro / in vivo pharmacodynamic studies for target engagement
Data analysis, planning and presentation of results to project teams and senior management
Establish and manage collaborations and studies with external partners?
Participate in the nomination, review and selection of novel projects
Aid in advancing biological characterization of early programs with a focus on translation and biomarker development
Participate in IND preparation including report writing and review
Present data at scientific conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals as applicable
