The Licensed Clinical Psychologist provides psychological evaluations and interventions to children and adolescents diagnosed with cancer or serious blood disorders and their families. Provides crisis intervention, as well as individual, family, and group psychotherapy. The psychologists provides psychological consultation to other team members and conducts Neuro-psychological assessments to assist children reintegrate into school and social environments.
In addition, the Psychologist participates in behavioral science research actitivies, including completion of research grants and contracts, and may servce as an investigator. These activities include active participation in Children's Oncolgoy Group research and other national studies.
